How long is each design available?
24 hours from the moment it drops. The countdown on the site shows exactly how long is left. When it hits zero the design is retired forever.
Will you ever bring a design back?
No. Once a design is retired it goes to the Graveyard and is never reprinted. That's the whole point.
Who makes the designs?
Designs are created with AI image tools and approved by a human before they go live.
Who prints and ships my order?
Our print-on-demand partner Printful prints your item after you order and ships it directly to you.
How long until my order arrives?
Printful usually takes 2 to 5 business days to print your item, plus shipping time to your address. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because items are printed to order, we can only change or cancel an order within a few hours of it being placed. Contact us as soon as possible.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
We'll make it right. Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
